2025 POMS College of Behavior in Operations Management (CBOM) Junior Scholar Paper Competition

The College of Behavior in Operations Management (CBOM) of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) invites submissions to its 2025 Junior Scholar Paper Competition.  The yearly competition recognizes outstanding papers in the field of Behavioral Operations Management conducted mainly by junior scholars and Ph.D. students.  Papers are judged based on novelty in theory, application, or methodology.  The committee especially values data-intensive research aimed at identifying and testing behavioral theories.
