Wayne Fu is an Assistant Professor of Decision Science at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, College of Business. Before returning to academia, Dr. Fu worked in the supply chain management field for more than a decade as a solution architect in i2 Technologies (renamed as Blue Yonder) and a director of product management in Servigistics (acquired by PTC). Strongly associated with his industrial experience, Dr. Fu’s research interests are strategies that influence firms’ operational sustainability, such as information transparency and dissemination.

Dr. Fu received his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds an M. Eng. of Engineering in manufacturing from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and an M.B.A. from Warwick.
