Doctoral Engagement Events: Campus Job Talk Workshop on Thursday Oct. 31

You are cordially invited to join an interactive virtual panel titled "Campus Job Talks" hosted by the POMS College of Service Operations on Thursday, October 31st from 12 pm - 1 pm EDT. The distinguished panelists are Dr. Rich Metters (Texas A&M University), Dr. Ken Boyer (Ohio State University), and Dr. Chris Anderson (Cornell University). Each has extensive experience serving on numerous recruiting committees. The session will cover topics such as: getting the job talk invite, what to expect during a campus visit, nailing the job talk, understanding fit and culture, etc.

This panel is part of a three-panel series focused on helping doctoral students succeed in their academic careers. The first session is fully open, however; the second and third sessions are only open to members of the College of Service Operations Management.  As a doctoral student you can join POM for free as an affiliate member and join the College of Service Operations for a $15 fee here: poms.org/membership.
